New York New York and gave the subpoena to Hector who is a doorman of Ms Marcinkovas residential building She also mailed the subpoena to that address on the same day and the subpoena fee the witness fee was tendered on that day as well The affidavit was executed on July I have an affidavit of service by mail signed by Douglas Mercer stating that the subpoena for Ms Marcinkova was mailed to her at caused that subpoena to be mailed on July and that was sworn before a New York State Notary Public Doug Mercer executed another affidavit of service by mail whereon July he served a subpoena by mail to Ms Marcinkova at Kidder Street Manchester New Hampshire and that affidavit is sworn before a Notary Public for the State of New York Anna Intriago executed a proof of service for Nadia Marcinkova
