called as a witness I could and would testify competently thereto As a result of a felony investigation of Jeffrey Epstein in several civil lawsuits were filed against him Mr Epstein retained me to represent his civil interests in those matters In addition in late Mr Epstein retained me to bring this lawsuit against Scott Rothstein Bradley Edwards and one of the alleged victims relating to their conduct in the victims litigation I represented Mr 267Epstein in this case until June when I withdrew and was relieved of my duties Since my representation terminated Mr Epstein has had multiple
