think it was like seven years I could have I could have gotten was seven years but So A it went down to three Okay Your understanding is that the maximum you could have been sentenced to on the And you told the judge that you were guilty of selling drugs is that correct A I yes if thats how you want to word it yes Well you tell me how you want to word it You can word it any way you want to A Thats yes I told him I was guilty of trafficking selling methamphetamine Okay And that trafficking in methamphetamine had a significance because it carried a minimum-mandatory sentence with it did it not A Right And do you know what I mean when I say minimum-mandatory sentence A Yes Okay What does it mean A That I had to do it was three years that I had a minimum-mandatory of three years So the judge could think you were the nicest person in the world and he had to give you three years in prison A Correct Okay And you negotiated a guilty plea to that FOR THE RECORD REPORTING TALLAHASSEE FLORIDA BY MR GOLDBERGER You dont need to answer that question thats fine Okay You understanding was that you could only be sentenced to seven years in prison A When I first was booked on the charge and I went to first appearance the first judge you see at first appearance told me it was a minimum mandatory of seven years Okay A So thats what I was told Right So Im not talking about the minimum mandatory I talking about what the statutory maximum was for the offense for which you entered into a plea negotiation A With trafficking charges its about the weight of the drug and because I had grams it was a seven-year minimum mandatory Now when I sat in county and I fought it for ten months when they went back and tested the drugs it wasn grams it was under grams So I took a guilty charge pleaded guilty to a trafficking sel ing drugs of methamphetamines and took a month Okay My question to you is putting aside the minimum mandatory A Um-hmm FOR THE RECORD REPORTING TALLAHASSEE FLORIDA do you know what the statutory maximum is Do you know what I mean when I say statutory maximum A No Okay Now you say you fought and contested that charge for months A Correct Okay so you told the pled guilty to when you were sentenced to three years in the State Florida Department of Correct ions A It was the trafficking violation of probation and petty theft And the petty theft A correct Okay guilty of selling drug A so when I was booked if you could see the charges that I was booked on when I pled guilty I wasn I charged with all those charges that I was first booked on But yes I pleaded guilty after the ten months Okay A of seeing the same judge yes I did Well in addition to pleading guilty to trafficking in drugs and selling drugs you also pled guilty to a violation of probation A sentence you could have received A Correct is that correct A Yes Okay And what was your arrest date on the trafficking in drugs A It was in April of Okay Without telling me what he may have told you did you consult with Mr Edwards at any time after your arrest in April of A About the case About the trafficking case Yes A No Okay The theft that had you placed on probation based on the records Im reviewing took place in November of actually November 9th of FOR THE RECORD REPORTING TALLAHASSEE FLORIDA they took me to RNO Whats that Talk to me in I know you understand A RNO is where they bring everybody that gets sentenced to prison and they basically show you how to be a prisoner for about two months and then they ship you to whatever compound youre going to go to So I stayed at RNO which is a compound in ocala for two months and then I was shipped here And you go to this RNO to learn how to be a prisoner A Yeah basically thats what they they show you like what how to live in these conditions basically I see Okay And youve been here ever since leaving RNO A Yes In Ocala A Yes Okay And when 1S your projected release date Ms Wild A My itS October 12th Okay Is that subject to dont know her as a person I didn I even know her You know the name though A Yeah I don I dont know the name by memory but I know who youre the incident youre talking about What incident am I talking about A I got into an altercation with somebody when I went out one night Okay When you went out where A To a club What club was that A It was a strip club Okay was it Platinum Gold A Yes Okay FOR THE convictions at that deposition in May of A There was so many quest ions I can remember exactly if that question Im sure Im sure if it was I dont remember Okay And you don remember answering questions about how many times you ve been convicted of a crime back in May of A No Okay I asked you about your convictions from stealing from Wal-Mart and your testimony I think was that youve stolen from Wal-Mart before this most-recent case is that correct A Yes Okay Do you remember a case back in June of June 4th of when you pled guilty to petty theft for having stolen items items from Wal-Mart A when you had the altercation with Deanna Cornelius A No You weren I working as a bartender and/or a stripper A I was at the when the incident occurred I was not working at that moment no I see A I did work there but I wasn working at that moment no Okay When you got arrested for the battery at Platinum Gold A Um-hmm were you using the name Courtney Wild or were you using an alias Do you know what I mean when I say alias A Yeah I was it was a stage name think I was when they came and arrested me I was working but the incident happened like two or like the night or two nights prior or something like that Okay And what stage were you using A I can I remember Did you ever use the name Taylor A Okay yeah that sounds FOR THE RECORD REPORTING TALLAHASSEE FLORIDA Is that a name you used A Yeah Okay And was that the name you were using when you were arrested for battery on Deanna Cornelius A Yeah they when they came and arrested me that was the stage name that name Taylor I was working under the Okay So you were visiting that club not working the night the incident took place A Correct Okay And then two nights later you were working there A Right under the alias Taylor A Yes is that correct A Correct Okay And the incident that took place the allegation was that you struck Ms Cornelius with a purse containing a can of Slim Fast is that correct MR SCAROLA Objection leading THE WITNESS No that Is not none of that true I took that case to trial and I beat it The lady said a lot of things that werent true and if you noticed I was never convicted Thats one of FOR THE RECORD REPORTING TALLAHASSEE FLORIDA Have you been arrested for possession of cocaine A I dont believe so Okay Do you remember in June of being arrested for possession of cocaine A Okay so maybe I was I cant remember Okay A if I was or wasnt How many times have you been in jail in your life A I I don know Did you know back in May of when you gave a deposition A Im not sure Whats the longest amount of time youve ever been in jail A Right now Okay Prior to this time that you re spending in jail now what was the longest amount of time you had ever spent in jail A A A Six months Okay And what Grand theft Okay And where The grand theft Wal-Mart actually was that for did that take place charges I believe it was FOR THE RECORD REPORTING TALLAHASSEE FLORIDA the cases I was never even convicted of so BY MR GOLDBERGER Okay How many other cases have you been convicted arrested for in your life that you havent been convicted of A I Im not sure Okay Do you remember being arrested for aggravated battery A I believe that was the time that I was arrested for aggravated battery was with that lady Oh the Slim Fast case was with was an A Thats not I dont even know anything about a Slim Fast Okay A or anything like that yeah But when I ask you about an aggravate battery your recollection is that involved the case with Cornelius A If that yes Okay All right Have you been arrested for possession of cocaine three grand thefts that I served six months on if thats what youre asking So you pled to three grand thefts A Correct at the same time Okay And were all three of them thefts from Wal-Mart A Yes Three went to jail I came back from my club and I was watching the news and I seen his mug shot on the TV Okay A and thats how I knew he had been to jail but it was probably like a week or so before that I young girls like myself who you know suffer with the same things that I suffer with are drug addicts half of them now Since Ive been in prison Ive met three girls that I brought to Jeffreys you know since Ive been here so Here in this prison A Yeah in this prison Okay Who are they A One of the girls name is Jacqueline Miller fes Who else A I dont feel comfortable I dont want to give these peoples been two thousand and oh you I re now A Yes So sometime around is when you started doing heroin A Yes And Oxycodone A Correct Okay And you blame your heroin and Oxycodone use on Jeffrey Epstein A I believe thats like the root you know the root issue here yes Okay When you say root issue what do you mean by that I don understand that A I believe that was the first traumatic event that happened in my life at age I started eating the Xanax and stuff like that to go to Jeffreys to make me feel more comfortable and I feel like ever since then once I started taking the Xanax ever since then its just been a real downward thing for me my whole life What other traumatic events have occurred in your life that have caused you to use heroin and Oxycodone and other illegal/illicit drugs A Besides thats one of the reasons yeah What else A I cant really think of anything else right now Okay was there a suicide by somebody that was close to you A Yeah my ex-boyfriend committed suicide but that And I told my mom about it and my mom made him leave and everything else but it was still traumatic I knew it was wrong and it caused a whole big commotion when I was younger Um-hmm How old were you misunderstanding A I mean I the feds came to my work and told me that he was being charged he was it was a possibility he would be charged by the state I didn I think that had anything to do with their federal case that they had on him Was that before or after you met with Agent Nesbitt Kuyrkendall at a Publix grocery store in Palm Beach Gardens in A That that was the same day I worked at FOR that there it was good news that there it was that they were considering Jeffrey Epstein signing an agreement to plead guilty for whatever charges I cant remember she said and but that was going to it the Publix to talk to her I see And that was in October of A Yes Okay And you deny that Ms Kuyrkenda Agent Kuyrkendall told you that there would never be a federal prosecution of Jeffrey Epstein A I dont she said I dont think she said that to me Okay Were you doing drugs at that time A No That wasnt A I That was a period of time when you were not doing drugs A I wasnt when I was at work I was not on drugs when she told me that All right But during that period of time not the specific time that you met with the agent were you in one of your periods where you were doing drugs A Yes Okay A Sure table and I know Marie told me that she was sorry for you know me being a victim of Jeffreys and that if there was anything she could help me with as far as victim services and stuff like that she told I was they never I was kept in the dark when he pled out I didn know that my case had anything to do with what he was pleading out to so I was never told anything to him about him pleading out and what was going to Okay A I didn I know anything about it Do you recall meeting with Special Agent Nesbitt Kuyrkendall and Special Agent Jason Richards on October and being told that Mr Epstein was a guilty plea to state charges and would not be prosecuted federally Your testimony is that you were never told that A She told me that it was a possibility he was going to be prosecuted and pled guilty to the state charges but I didnt my I didnt understand that that had anything to do with me being that you know there was so many more victims he was pleading out to two counts of solicitation of prostitution of a minor it didnt even make sense And I I explained that to the to the to both of the people that came and seen me Nesbitt and that guy that I didnt that charge doesnt even make
